Vision Innovation Partners, one of the leading platforms for ophthalmology service providers, currently has an opening for a Practice Administrator.This cross-functional role develops, implements and oversees the operations of our Ophthalmic Associates brand based in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, with offices in Richland and Somerset.As thePractice Administrator, you'll report to the Regional Director of Operations. You'll develop, implement, and oversee the operations of a physician practice. This position’s focus is on operational effectiveness, strategic planning, and providing operational leadership to ensure best practices are integrated. The Practice Administrator will be highly engaged in developing patient care-focused teams. Strong communication skills and an exceptional business development mindset are critical, along with expereince running medical clinics, physican practices or hopstial divisions.This is an on-site position in Johnstown, PA, with required travel to other Ophthalmic Associate locations and occassional travel to other clinic and office locations.Achieves Key Performance Indicators including revenue and expense targets, conversion rates, provider utilization, cancellation & no-show rates, optical sales, patient satisfaction and staff engagement and retention.Communicates frequently with the Regional Director of Operations on status of all practice functions.Collaborate with billing teams to ensure issues are addressed, compliance requirements for billing are met, and that staff are educated appropriately.Responsible for practice(s) analytics, including financial and compliance, and will effectively communicate with management operational goals and strategies for meeting targets.Work with practice team to ensure customer-focused service is provided from the front office operations to quality clinical care.Responsible for interactive development of the staff to ensure the client care goals are achieved.Assures productive, full schedules for each provider and strategically plans to achieve utilization targets.Collaborates with lead providers to educate them on company metrics, which support their business goalsProvides leadership to clinical managers to resolve performance issues, provide positive feedback, and take appropriate corrective action when needed.Responsible for establishing a high-performance team that is efficient, knowledgeable, service-oriented, and shares responsibility for attaining the goals of the practice.Manages all office audits, practice reviews and reporting.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in health administration, business or a related field, and five (5) or more years of experience managing in a large healthcare setting.Knowledge of general ophthalmology operations is strongly preferredManagement experience including hiring, performance management, conflict resolution, coaching and training.
