Will also be required to perform work orders as assigned. Complete assigned work ordersEnsure all work orders are responded to within 24 - 48 hoursRepair and improve all units prior to residents move in dateMaintain pool and understand basic pool care (chemical readings, making chemical adjustments, and back-washing etc.Basic carpentry skillsCan safely operate the following equipment; power washer, backpack blower, floor scrubbers, carpet cleaner and sweepersMaintain grounds by removing debris and trashReports supply needs to Service Manager and or Property Manager and maintain shop organizationAbility to be on call for after-hours emergenciesEducation & Experience:Minimum of 1 year general maintenance or property management experienceLooking for temporary employment (3 months total)Carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC experienceCPO Certification preferredValid Driver's LicensePhysical Requirements:Must be able to walk, stand, climb stairs or ladders and access various areas of the propertyMay be required to push or pull items and reach overheadMay be required to bend, stoop or kneelMay require dexterity of hands and fingers and ability to grasp toolsMust be able to see to identify plants, weeds and pests and read computer screensMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMust be able to hear to detect sounds indicating potential issues, such as machinery noises or alarmsMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. This is a temporary position 60-90 days.
