The Operations Systems Lead - Fleet will report to the Manager of Fleet and Insurance and will perform a variety of duties related to the Company's fleet of vehicles, including but not limited to inventory, accidents, tracking and analytics. We welcome all applicants, but have found the most success in hiring outgoing, personable, and service-oriented individuals who operate with a strong attention to detail, work ethic, drive for excellence, and a customer-centric attitude.If this sounds like you, come join the team and start spreading happiness by keeping bugs out of our customers’ beds, barbecues, bungalows, and businesses!Pay and BenefitsThe Company is proud to offer competitive pay, growth opportunities and full benefits!For this role, we offer:Competitive salary - $55,000 - $70,000 DOEPaid time offSick/Safe time - 1 hour per every 30 hours worked with a maximum of 80 hours annuallyVacation - begins at the equivalent of 10 days per year with an additional day per year of service capped at 15 days10 company-paid holidaysBenefits (employee as well as family)MedicalHealth Savings Account (HSA)DentalVisionVoluntary LifeShort-Term and Long-Term Disability401(k), with match of 100% of the first 3% of each employee’s contribution and 50% of the next 2%Employee Assistance ProgramRally Health and Wellness ProgramEmployee and Friends/Family Discounted Pest Control ServicesResponsibilitiesSupport fleet inventory management, including assessing current and future needs, and planning and executing strategies to optimize inventory.Assist in developing and maintaining operational procedures to improve operational controls, document, and automate processes.Build consistent, accurate reports and design new reporting solutions to support fleet operations and communicate key insights.Respond efficiently to internal and external inquiries, managing systems and inboxes as needed.Maintain tracking records, ensure compliance in communications, and follow up on missing information.Mentor and delegate tasks to junior team members.Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.Qualifications2+ years of experience in operations, process improvement and systems management, with demonstrated successes in driving efficiencies and implementing new processes.Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to relay clear expectations.Professional in interactions with internal stakeholders and external vendors.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; including but not limited to use of vlookups and pivot tables.Organized with strong attention to detail and time management.Adaptable and goal-oriented during times of ambiguityCritical thinking, ownership, and independent decision-making skills.Driven for excellence and a self-starter.Physical Demands and Working ConditionsThe physical demands and working conditions described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
