Learn more at Primary/Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:Seasoned Application Consultant team to assist with proposals, RFPs, and demosExpert Technical Sales SupportHighly reference-able customer base with 96% customer retention with our hosted SaaS solutionSolid Sales Operations and Legal staff focused on helping process and close contracts quicklyAward-winning HRMSayroll, Talent Management, and Time and Attendance solutions, consistently outperforming our competitors-as-a-Service solution for the growing number of companies relying upon SaaS benefitsAward-winning Implementation and Customer Support teams dedicated to bringing customers live in industry-record time-framesConsistently exceed sales quotasMaintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end usersPresent HCM/WFM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territoryIdentify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM/WFM products and services based on their technical needsRequired Qualifications:Strong knowledge of HCM/WFM/SaaS IndustryMust have 3-5 years of proven success selling WFM/HRMSayroll solutionsTravel Requirements:50-75%The base salary range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $100,000"¯ annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
