Job Posting: Business Analyst III with Hyperion ExperienceLocation: Knoxville, TN (Onsite)Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 per yearPosition Overview:Are you a detail-oriented and strategic thinker with expertise in Hyperion? We're seeking a talented Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team in Knoxville, TN. In this role, you'll be pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making processes and optimizing our financial performance.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.Utilize Hyperion to develop financial models, forecasts, and performance reports.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous analysis and validation.Develop and maintain documentation for business processes and systems.Assist in the implementation and enhancement of Hyperion applications and tools.Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data and systems.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on Hyperion.Proven track record of developing and managing financial models and reports using Hyperion.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with other BI tools is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: Callie Brown Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
