Job Title: Executive Assistant to CFO (3-Month Contract)Location: Onsite (4-5 Days per Week)Address: San Jose, CA 95119Duration: 3-Month Contract (with potential for extension based on business needs)Job Description:LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to support the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) . In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring discretion and confidentiality while managing the CFO's schedule, priorities, and relationships across multiple business teams. You will collaborate closely with the CFO's Chief of Staff (CoS) and Business & People Partner, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflows across the global organization. You will also play an influential leadership role within the administrative team of the Finance department and across the company.The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented strategic business partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication, critical thinking, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential to success in this role.Key Responsibilities:Calendar Management: Manage and prioritize the CFO's calendar, coordinating with C-suite executives, business partners, and team members. Solicit agendas and manage attendee lists for key meetings, and occasionally support the Chief of Staff's (CoS) calendar.Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and organize internal and external meetings, team offsites, and company-wide events. Prepare briefing documents and packets for key meetings and business trips.Travel Management: Organize complex international and domestic travel arrangements, ensuring optimal itineraries. Handle passport and visa processing.Tool & Expense Management: Process expense reports and become a champion of Western Digital's internal tools. Coordinate with technical support to ensure meeting technology is functioning smoothly.Project Management: Assist the CoS and Business & People Partner on special projects, conducting research, analyzing issues, and providing strategic support.Leadership & Mentorship: Share organizational updates with the administrative team, offer guidance, and help create development opportunities for the team.Strategic Support: Anticipate deliverables, solve problems, and proactively manage priorities to support the CFO effectively.Skills and Experience:Experience supporting C-suite executives in a public company, preferably in high-tech industries.Experience working with Board Committees is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organized with strong time management abilities.Ability to anticipate needs and solve complex issues.Collaborative, team-oriented approach with a demonstrated ability to lead.Passionate, inclusive, ethical, and resourceful.Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred.High School Diploma or GED required.Pay Details: $60.18 per hourSearch managed by: Mandy Dillinger Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
