Job Title: Sales AnalystLocation: Edison, NJType of Employment: Temporary, 3 - 6 MonthsIn Office/Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 2 days a week in officeHourly Rate: Commensurate Based on Years of Experience Job Summary:A medical manufacturing company in Edison, NJ is looking to hire a temporary Sales Analyst for around 3 - 6 months with a possibility of extension. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in the office with hours from 8AM to 5PM Monday through Friday. The qualified candidate must have at least 3 - 5 years of Sales Analyst experience, preferably within a healthcare consulting or healthcare manufacturing organization. Additional requirements are expert level Salesforce experience, SQL, power user Excel skills, Power BI experience and the ability to build dashboards. Responsibilities: Defining sales measurement and pipeline KPIs to track performance against objectives and seller productivity Supporting sales organizations with sales reporting and analytics, compensation performance reporting set-up Build reporting dashboards Work with the sales teams to get feedback on the deliverables that have been set up Create Excel models by directly connecting through queriesRequired Experience: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Master's Degree a plus Power User MS Excel Skills (VBA macro programming, Power Automate, Power Query) Super user in Salesforce Fluent in Power BI dashboard development, Tableau, SQL and Python preferred 3 - 5 Years of Sales Analyst experience, preferably in a related industry Superb written and verbal communication skillsPay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hourSearch managed by: Nadia Negm Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
