The Security Flex Officer is responsible for the safety and security of the facilities they protect. A Security Flex Officer acts as a visible deterrent to crime and client rule infractions and detect and report suspicious, unsafe or criminal acts at or near their assigned posts, which may be a threat to the property, clients, guests or employees at the site. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:Required to cover for special projects, call offs, vacations and open shifts (No Set Schedule)Access Control/Badge ExperienceA valid driver's license will be required for driving positions onlyMust be available to work ALL SHIFTS AND ALL DAYS OF THE WEEKMust be comfortable using a computer or tabletDisplay exceptional customer service and communication skillsMust be able to stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of timeMust be able to work outdoors in the elements Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experiencePossess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective mannerLicensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
