We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to support the Aegis International Training and Products organization to oversee and manage training execution, development of curriculum, and training tools for multiple FMS countries. Must have the ability to think strategically and shall have a working understanding of Integrated Logistics Support. Must possess the ability to professionally interface with and provide briefings to internal/external customers. Must be able to determine staffing requirements/skillsets, day-to-day management, measurements & reporting of contract scope on projects. Advises, coordinates & assists in analyses to develop proposal cost estimates & effective execution of tasks.Be familiar with NAVEDTRA 131 naval training standards and instructional system designExperience using Navy publications (system and equipment technical manuals, maintenance materials, operating manuals, and/or tactical publications).MSOffice Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project)Required a final secret clearanceDesired Skills:Knowledge of Earn Value Management (EVM) & Cost Account Management (CAM).Previous development experience of technical publication/training curriculum.Experience leading a team in training product development of Foreign Military contractsAegis weapon system experience with knowledge of Training philosophy as it applies to Aegis Programs.Strong process discipline with focus on efficiency and optimizationExperience with data collection and analytical analysisTechnical writing/IETM user experience a plusSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match.
