Position OverviewThe Procurement Senior Analyst will assist the Procurement Director in the day-to-day supply chain operations for the GroupM US business. The Senior Procurement Analyst will be responsible for managing non-media procurement activities including supplier onboarding, supplier selection, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the supplier onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance requirements are met.Identify and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability while prioritizing diversity, equity, and inclusion.Conduct supplier negotiations to secure the best possible terms and conditions for the company.Issue purchase orders for MRO, event-based services, and various materials and services.Ensure purchase orders are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures.Receive and process purchase orders as required to facilitate efficient invoice processing.Continuously seek opportunities to improve procurement processes and systems.Participate in procurement-related projects and initiatives as required.Requirements and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, with a focus on non-media purchases. Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems.Proficiency in procurement software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, procurement platforms).Ability to negotiate, establish and administer contracts.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.Accurate and precise attention to detailGroupM and all its affiliates embrace and celebrate diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity.
