For more information, visit our website, or connect with us onLinkedInorX.Perform preventative maintenance on regular intervalsTroubleshoot PLC's and drivesRespond to reported automation, vision, and robot issuesTroubleshoot pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical problems with machinesReplace necessary components such as sensors, electric wiring, cylinders, bearings, conveyors, motors, air/vacuum lines and valvesWork with assembly line operators as needed to troubleshoot issuesCommunicate all changes and all-important information to Manager or supervisorEnsure all system performances are optimized and running safelyRecord accurate production data that includes all necessary information needed for tracking purposesPerform housekeeping duties as necessarySupport and maintain policies of the company including ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, continuous improvement, and standard work proceduresReport unsafe conditions and behaviorsRelieve assembly line operators as needed to meet production requirementsEffective written and oral communication skillsMust be mechanically inclined and electrically proficientMust be safety and quality conscience at all times5-7 years of maintenance & automation experience preferredAbility to work under limited supervisionAdditional training may be required retain positionMust be familiar with the operation of PLC's, drives, and robotsMust be responsibile, self-motivated, and team orientated. Must be able to make decisions with minimal supervisionMust have willingness to take a 'hands-on' approach during times of process interruption
