Once hired, we encourage our employees to continue to seek opportunities for advancement and leadership.Responsibilities for Administrative Assistant:Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.Answers and transfers phone calls after careful screening to ensure each call is transferred to the correct department.Communicates in a professional manner with all managers, employees, vendors and clients of NaphCare.Provides excellent customer service while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.Promotes, supports, and adheres to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook.Seeks resources for direction, when necessary.Performs all other related functions and duties as required.Perform various clerical and administrative functions, including, but not limited to receiving/sorting mail, receiving deliveries and sorting/mailing checks.Qualificationsfor Administrative Assistant:Associate's degree preferred.Basic computer skills.Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management and an ability to manage multiple tasks.Ability to take initiative with projects to work both independently and as a team member.Excellent interpersonal and communication sWe know you may have questions before applying.
