Patina Restaurant Group was recently named one of America's Top 25 restaurant groups by Nation's Restaurant News.Execute all assigned menu items in coordination with the identified team member on duty, preparing pantry menu items according to recipes and guidelinesEnsure the highest possible standards of guest service are provided, listening and responding to guest and team member concerns and questionsMaintain a clean and organized pantry at all times, stocking and storing food products as needed and adhering to all health and sanitation standardsPrioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyAt least six months experience in a restaurant of similar capacity and level of cuisineHave a knowledge of basic cooking and food preparation techniquesAbility to follow a recipe, including performing basic math skillsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs, as well as reaching up to 7 feetStanding, walking, bending for the duration of the shift
