For this reason, SGRV is consistently ranked as one of the best litigation firms in America.Job Summary:Spector Gadon Rosen Vinci P.C., a 30-attorney law firm representing business and commercial law clients in complex litigation and sophisticated transactional and corporate matters, is seeking an attorney with 7+ years of estates and trusts experience for a full-time position in its Center City Philadelphia location. Now in its 50th year of client service, our award-winning law firm is a community partner in the Philadelphia region with a dynamic team of entrepreneurial attorneys. Pennsylvania bar admission required; New Jersey and/or Florida bar admission a plus. In-office position with hybrid flexibility.Qualifications:Understanding of estate planning, estate administration and trust administrationExperience with wills and trusts and knowledge of estate and gift taxation; income tax knowledge for trusts and estatesExperience in business matters (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations) including planning for families a plusCharitable planning experience a plusKey Competencies:Excellent drafting skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsOrganizational and planning skillsInformation gathering, tracking, and monitoring skillsAttention to detail and accuracyAbility to convey complex legal issues clearly, both verbally and in writing to attorneys and non-attorneysAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to prioritize and complete simultaneous projectsAbility to build rapport and communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, professional staff and peersLegal competence and pursuit of continued learningSelf-starter, self-motivated and be able to work on his/her own workConfidentialityEducation & Experience:J.D. from an accredited law school.
