The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. This position is a hybrid role working from our Gainesville office twice per week and will report to the Human Resources Director.Competitive compensation ranging from $55,000 - $60,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $65,000 - $83,000. Medical, dental, vision, 401k program, and morePaid time off, including seven (7) federal holidays plus two (2) flex holidays for DEIJoining a rapidly growing organizationConducts weekly meetings with respective business unitsConsults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriateAnalyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policiesManages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigationsMaintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory complianceProvides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retentionAssists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR mattersProvides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planningIdentifies training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needsAssist with onboarding of new team members to drive a strong candidate experiencePerforms other related duties as assignedAuthorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the futureBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related from a 4-year university or combination of experience and educationMinimum three (3) years of experience in the Human Resources and/or managing HR responsibilitiesMust be able to work in office two days per weekPHR or SPHR Certification preferredExperience with ADP requiredProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HRISExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policiesAbility to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factorsAbility to work independently and make independent decisions related to urgent employee matters with little or no supervisionAbility to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and employee informationAbility to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environmentExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsMinimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 UploadTrajector is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBTQ employer.
