53 Knox Trail, Acton, MAUnder the direction of the Master Installer and Project Manager, this position completes product installation and removal, site setups and tear downs/cleanups, product preparation in warehouse, and the service and repair of our products post-install. Execute Marvin Replacement window and door installation projects utilizing various trade methods standard within the industry.Complete field service & repair of products during and after installation, as assigned.Provide superior customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication and treatment of our customers.Communicate all product and install issues to appropriate parties, including Marvin Replacement team and customer.Clear, concise jobsite documentation that provides insight to the support staff to facilitate timely closure of all service requests.Hours will vary and will be influenced heavily on the wants and needs of our customers.Manage personal safety, customer jobsite, and personal appearance. Manage and maintain company issued assets, i.e. trucks, tools, phone and computer/notepad.This is an employee position that is eligible for benefits, not a subcontractor. Marvin Replacement provides the necessary tools and a company vehicle. You will not be required to carry separate insurance or business licenses.$24-28/hr.Valid driver’s license with acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record is preferred. Passion for high quality workmanshipStrong time management, punctuality, and reliabilityFederal Department of Transportation medical certification requirements (Physical) and driver eligibility is preferred. 2+ years of full frame and insert window & door installation or remodeling experience.Detail-oriented interior and exterior trim expertise required (e.g. break work, capping, caulking)Must be able to meet physical requirements of position including:Able to lift, push/pull, and carry at least 50lbsAbility to work outside in varying weather conditions for extended periodsAble to climb ladders, scaffolding, and stairs, and ability to kneel.Able to stand for extended periods, up to 6 hours per dayFrom people to products, Marvin is committed to creating better ways of living.
