We are proud to share that our management ranks are filled with employees who have developed through the organization.Location: This role will be hybrid and can report out of our Hebron, OH or Grove City, OH facilities.BenefitsQuarterly Company Performance BonusEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Up to 112 Hours of PTO in First Year401(k) Retirement Plan with Company MatchingEmployee Discounts on Wide Range of Home Building MaterialsHealth, Dental, and Vision CoverageLife & Disability InsuranceParental LeaveWellness ProgramOngoing Training and DevelopmentAnd Much More!The Project Schedulerassists with coordination efforts, manages internal communications, and supports project activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and effective stakeholder engagement.Other responsibilities of the role include:Execute an internal communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, updates, tasks, milestones, and deliverables.Summarize and publish meeting notes, action items, and decisions made during project meetings.Provide regular updates to the business stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.Maintain project documentation, including meeting recordings and minutes, project decisions, schedules, and status reports.Prepare reports and presentations for project meetings and stakeholder updates.Assist in tracking project metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Handle ambiguity and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and coordinating various project activities.We are seeking highly motivated candidates who have the drive, desire, and motivation to learn and grow in an exciting role with a solid company. You must have a strong customer service focus, solid computers skills, and possess proactive problem-solving skills. Qualified candidates should be hardworking and able to quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.Other requirements include:A college degree in business, marketing, communications, PR, or relevant program (preferred).
