Job Title: Document Control SpecialistJob Description Prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner. Candidate must meet deadlines by working in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error-free work. Achieves Time Productive statistics by meeting standards established by the facility. The role involves working at a table of 4-6 people, removing obstructions like paper clips and staples from stacks of documents, keeping stacks neat, and placing them back in totes for digital scanning. The work is fast-paced, and you must remain in your area/table, work quickly, and follow instructions. Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Parma, Ohio. Work Environment Huge facility similar to a warehouse style building. Timekeeping is done through VMS. Shifts available: First Shift (Mon - Friday 7am -3pm EST) - $16.50 an hour, Second Shift (Monday- Friday 3pm-11pm EST) - $16.50 an hour, Third Shift (Sunday- Thursday 11pm-7am) $18.97 an hour.
