Job Description A construction company in Colorado is looking for a Project Manager to join their team. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the construction team and coordinating with preconstruction, estimating, subcontractor buyout, municipal entitlements, construction and project closeout. Projects range from $5MM to $15MM and include new buildings, additions, restorations, remodels, and tenant improvements in various markets like healthcare, education, defense, and more. Other responsibilities include: Plan projects thoroughly before starting and during construction. Select and hire subcontractors Manage project budgets and costs to ensure profitability. Submit and track permits and approvals. Build and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
