Our client is in search of a Business Systems Analyst that can support their operations. This role is responsible for the analysis, implementation, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 solutions to optimize business processes, enhancing efficiency, and supporting the organizations' objectives. Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM experience is required for this position. This position will work a hybrid work schedule after training (2-3 days remote). Please or send your resume to: salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze detailed business requirements related to Dynamics 365 applications. Conduct gap analysis between current processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities, recommending tailored solutions to address business needs. Lead the implementation of new features and system upgrades, ensuring they align with business objectives and are delivered with minimal disruption. Create technical design documents and collaborate with vendors to implement new system customizations and functionality. Oversee the management and coordination of all requests, incidents, and problems logged in the ticketing system. Act as the primary contact for urgent, escalated, and complex support issues, managing the escalation process and ensuring stakeholders are informed. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 applications, including troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. Oversee the communication process for any outages or emergency activities within the organization. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, process flows, standard operating procedures, and user manuals. Develop and deliver user training programs to effectively utilize Dynamics 365 systems. Develop, execute, and document test plans to validate that solutions meet business and technical specifications.
