Job Title: Business Analyst - ILocation: Baltimore, MDWork Type: 6 - 12 month contract with possibility to extendWork Shift: Standard Business Hours (40 hours a week)Job Description:We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide critical business function support in a power delivery setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in navigating multiple systems, including Oracle Cloud, and possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with end users on resolving invoice mismatches. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and various mainframe applications, as well as experience creating customized reports.Required Skills & Qualifications:High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a related area (Required).Experience working with Oracle Cloud, particularly in Procurement and Payables systems (Required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.), PeopleSoft, and other mainframe systems (Required).Strong multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with end users and presenting information.Key Responsibilities:Provide clerical and administrative support across multiple power delivery functions.Utilize PC and mainframe applications like Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft, EERS, and Passport.Develop customized reports using Passport, PeopleSoft, Impromptu, and MS Office applications.Collaborate with end users to resolve invoice mismatches in Procurement and Payables systems.Use both oral and written communication skills to present information clearly to various struct and partner with end users for system navigation and troubleshooting.Preferred:Familiarity with power companies and power delivery settings.This role offers the opportunity to provide essential support in a dynamic environment.
