If you share our values for team, people, and service, we encourage you to apply with us Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days Key Responsibilities: Oversees the physical condition and appearance for the facility and fleetMonitors the performance of employees to assure prompt attendance and completion of dutiesInterviews, hires, and trains employees to perform their specific responsibilitiesResponsible for the consistent delivery of The Parking Spot's hospitality standardsSuccessfully handles any and all customer service issues that may ariseInteract and communicate with Union business representative; manage lot in accordance with the CBA provisions.Assures all employees follow all company policies and procedures as set forth in the Employee HandbookManage and maintain DOT compliance of shuttles including all employee certification, operational improvements, maintenance and repairsAccountable for overall profit/loss for managed propertiesSupervises the activities of the assistant manager(s) and support staff within the propertiesMonitors and controls expenses at the propertiesPrepares market budget annuallyCommunicating relevant information to Regional Manager and Corporate personnel as appropriateComplies with all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations and requirements governing operation of commercial vehiclesPerforms additional duties as reasonably requested by ManagementKnowledge, Skills & Experience Required:Bachelor's degree (preferred) or more than five years in a management position with direct supervisory experienceAbility to work a varied and flexible scheduleAbility to prioritize work and promptly follow directionsExcellent English communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills to gather and summarize data for reportsA solid employment record and previous customer service experience preferredCurrently holds, or is able to obtain, all applicable licenses or badges as required by governing authorities to operate a commercial vehicle, including a valid driver's license, and CDL where requiredMust be willing to take a physical and pass as a certified Interstate driver as part of the selection process as required by airport, federal DOT and/ or state regulationsMust be able to maintain a smile and courteous disposition toward external and internal customers______________At The Parking Spot, we don't just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
