About the Role Dow Jones' Product Strategy team steers the overall go-to-market commercial strategy for Media & Marketing Sales (MMS). Our goal is to drive advertising revenue across Dow Jones products while delivering business outcomes for our clients. The PS team is also responsible for educating and supporting sales in approaching the market as brand evangelists with expertise across all revenue-generating Dow Jones products. The Product Strategist will support the overall goals of the Product Strategy team with a particular focus on Dow Jones' leadership position within the enterprise media, energy and business intelligence space. This includes producing high impact sales enablement materials for our high value clients. The Product Strategist will collaborate across all MMS teams and have a unique seat at the table with our newsroom partners to develop new products, refine existing ones and set the roadmap for new commercial opportunities. You Will: Design and develop strategic narratives that highlight the unique value of DJ products for clients Distill complex ideas into accessible go to market materials including: general presentations, calendars, sell sheets and training resources. Support PS Directors by attending brainstorms, contributing a POV and ideas - always with a growth mindset Liaise with senior newsroom stakeholders in a professional and goal-oriented manner, respectful of the church and state boundaries between editorial and commercial teams Act as an internal brand champion and product SME to support sales, integrated marketing, and other client-facing teams Present the perspectives of our newsroom to sales, share the why & when to use products and how to best introduce into the media mix. Ensure suite of sales materials are accurate and up to date.
