The Kettle Ho restaurant in Cotuit is looking to add to our kitchen staff The Line Cook / Prep Cook sets up equipment and stocks other necessary supplies; prepares food for daily service - cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces (knife skills preferred). Prepares menu items by grilling, saut?ing, or frying to specified recipes and standards. Must maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Cleans and sanitizes work area including all cooking and prep surfaces at the end of the shift. Serve Safe certifications preferred but not required Shift: 12:00pm to 11:00pm or 5:00pm or 11:00pm; shift times can be flexible under the right circumstances.
