As a Program Manager Position Number S79690, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our renowned Iacocca Institute. Reporting directly to the Administrative Manager, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to a portfolio of programs and initiatives that foster global understanding and collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to a diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives Engage as a member of the Institutes operations team, attending meetings and contributing valuable expertise Collaborate closely with Program Directors and the Executive Director to ensure seamless execution of initiatives Assist with special projects as assigned, showcasing adaptability and thriving in a dynamic environment Support broader Institute initiatives, fostering global understanding and collaboration Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Three to five years of related work experience Exceptional organizational and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion At Lehigh University, we offer more than just a job; we provide a vibrant and inclusive community committed to excellence. This position is a Grade: 8 - 40, offering an approximate salary of $46,180-$55,420. The duties of the position do not allow for a remote work option; the employee in this position will be required to work on campus where they can be fully accessible to the Lehigh community. This position is funded by soft dollars; there is no severance associated with this position. This position works with minors and is responsible for driving University-owned vehicles as a routine function, therefore a valid Drivers License and a good driving record is required.
