Description: HM Preferences: Paid Media Manager - more of a senior level role - possibility to extend role - very important role doesn't seem to be going anywhere Looking for someone that is technical and understand paid media and demonstrate that in previous roles 10+ years of experience - looking for a seasoned person Google side and retailer side This role is set to manage both google and amazon ads (additionally best buy and Walmart) Technical questions in interview will be asked. Need to know the landscape very well. Certifications within Google and Amazon ads is a nice to have - Google and Amazon Searched advertising Top 3 Skill Sets Paid media Amazon paid media Analytics Education Requirement bachelors Years of experience 12 minimum Hybrid: Mon-Thurs in office and Friday remote This role will focus on B2C and B2B campaigns. In this role you oversee strategy and execution to maximize results across all paid marketing channels to successfully drive campaign objectives. This is a marketing strategy and execution role leading marketing campaigns both HQ-led and SEA-led campaigns partnering across internal teams and with partners on a global platform at Samsung HQ. Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required MBA preferred 12-15 years directly managing digital performance channels focused on Programmatic Display Paid Social Paid Search and Retail media especially Amazon DSP and SPA. Working knowledge of Affiliate and PLA helpful. Strong history of managing tactical and strategic direct-response media objectives in a digital-first organization previous experience on agency side or managing various media agencies is a must-have High understanding of various audiences and data sources to connect paid media to full integrated marketing plan for launches and total portfolio Excellent analytical skills including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools Google Analytics Tableau excel pivot tables and basic functions for maintaining and creating reports Comfortable navigating a complex organization and building cross-functional relationships Excellent project management and communication skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to details with swift execution Skilled at planning organizing prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities Experience with A/B testing messaging and post-campaign analysis High energy works with a sense of urgency highly responsive in a fast-paced environment along with a problem solver optimistic attitude Excellent presentation skills ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling Experience in developing marketing and sales presentations using Word Excel and PowerPoint. Amazon Ads certification a plus Beeline Summary: The main function of a marketing manager is to lead the research market conditions in local regional or national areas to determine potential sales of a product or service. A typical marketing manager is responsible for gathering information on competitors and methods of marketing and distribution. Job Responsibilities: Advise business and other groups on local national and international factors affecting the buying and selling of products and services. Confer with legal staff to resolve problems such as copyright infringement and royalty sharing with outside producers and distributors. Develop pricing strategies balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction. Direct the hiring training and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities. Evaluate the financial aspects of product development such as budgets expenditures research and development appropriations and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections. Formulate direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services working with advertising and promotion managers. Identify develop and evaluate marketing strategy based on knowledge of establishment objectives market characteristics and cost and markup factors. Negotiate contracts with vendors and distributors to manage product distribution establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products lines or services analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. Skills: Verbal and written communication skills negotiation skills customer service and interpersonal skills. Expert ability to work independently and manage ones time. Strong mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback. Expert knowledge of principles and methods for showing promoting and selling products or services. Expert ability to develop marketing and pricing strategy. Expert knowledge of media production communication and dissemination techniques and methods. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training required. Experience Leading a team of analysts 10 years related experience required.
