Direct Hire $30-32/hr Part-time, 20-30 hours/week. Hybrid schedule, in office Tuesday and Thursday Summary Perform day-to-day business management tasks with a primary focus on Bookkeeping and Consultative Collections Oversee and maintain daily financial records Pay monthly bills, submit receipts, enter data for billing Assist in record keeping for Payroll and Human Resources Partner with vendors and act as liaison with outside agencies Support the business and financial administrative needs of an approximately 20-member organization Consultative collections - getting patients on payment plans and confirming payments - this is a big part of this job Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business Skills and Requirements: 3 - 5 years of Bookkeeping experience required Must have QuickBooks experience Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required If you are interested in this opportunity and meet the above qualifications, apply to this posting today for immediate consideration #P1 #CB As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources.
