If so, we are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our Janitorial and Facilities teams. Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing the complete operation of your team in line with strategic plans. Staffing, guiding, leading, and managing your organization according to company guidelines. Maintaining awareness of both external and internal competitive landscapes, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards. Exploring opportunities to increase bottom-line revenue. Maintaining communications with the team and clients to ensure improved relationships.
