We're on the hunt for a dynamic and detail-oriented Order / Account Management Specialist to join our Clients GROWING - team in this PERMANENT position If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love keeping things organized, and have a knack for stellar customer and vendor service, and reporting - this is the job for you Who You Are: A superb organizer with excellent communication skills A multitasking wizard who can meet deadlines Freight Quoting as needed Proficient in Microsoft Office Experienced in order management or a related field (bonus points) Perks & Benefits: Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off A fun and inclusive workplace salary: $50,000 - $53,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Maintain customer satisfaction by answering order, shipping, and service questions; suggesting information about services, providing paperwork requested by customers (invoices, cc receipts, etc.) Verify that the main components of Sales Orders match customer Purchase Orders, including delivery dates, delivery instructions, invoicing requirements, prepay vs. Net terms, etc. Continually communicate with the Production Manager and Shipping & Receiving department. Review prior week's orders and enter them into the respective Pipeline Report. Provide freight quoting as needed. Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints - Process customer RMAs created by the Sales department or Warranty Manager, including populating the RMA Log. Run receiving reports daily to allocate backordered parts - Create pick tickets - Create production orders as required. Perform additional assignments as directed by the Vice President, Director of Sales, and/or Director of Operations as needed.
