This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits Job Title: Vendor Data Specialist Location: Omaha, NE 68106 Direct Hire/Permanent Opportunity Schedule: Mon-Fri, hybrid, 3:00am to 11:30am Pay Rate: $18.16/HR + Benefits This position will be responsible for all creation and maintenance activities within the Master Data team. Tasked with executing Master Data maintenance activities within documented service level agreement timeframes following defined business controls while maintaining the highest degree of accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and verify all global intercompany customers and vendor records, as well as global employee grades. Analyze, monitor, and answer email questions that come through group inbox and share responsibility with team members for problem resolution. Interact with various agencies, vendors, and other internal departments on regular basis. Required Qualifications: High School Diploma minimum, Bachelor degree preferred 2 or more years of relevant experience, strong data analysis and data manipulation skills Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy, strong priority setting, organization, and project management skills Knowledge of relevant PC software applications (especially Microsoft Excel) and communication skills Required US Citizen or US Permanent Resident required.
