Sales Manager Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced sales rep to join their team This person will be responsible for overseeing the end to end sales process, implement sales strategy and develop/break new accounts. Job Duties: Work with customers during business hours and show our product. Be available by phone, and have a dependable smart phone and service. Turn in administrative documents accurately and on time. Be personable, and have good customer service and problem solving skills. Will be required to maintain the showroom, the inventory, and the office. Plan, organize, maintain, develop, and grow a volume driven and profitable base of approximately 50 target and core dealers. Target and sign-up clients within assigned territory Maintain and improve sales revenue and gross margin. Maintain an accurate call history within the CRM system Work with Branch Managers and their teams to increase sales within the assigned branches within territory Ensure client accounts have all the information they require to maintain and exceed customer service expectations including policies and processes on promotions, new product launches, billing, returns, product changes etc. Qualifications: 5+ years of inside or outside sales experience (manufacturing setting preferred) Experience managing the sales process CRM Experience About Aston Carter: Aston Carter provides world-class corporate talent solutions to thousands of clients across the globe.
