Sales Strategy & Ops Specialist í¢€“ WWCO Center of Excellence Please note: this role is based out of our Florham Park or Maitland office on a hybrid schedule Position Overview ADP is looking to hire a Sales Strategy & Ops Specialist (part of the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence function) to help us drive insights and support the sales organizations in improving reporting and analytics. As a key contributing member of the Commercial Operations team, you will utilize your analytical/technical skills and business acumen to proactively maintain and enhance our reporting metrics, analysis, and relationship with our partners. They will partner and consult with sales leaders, and operations partners to provide quick turnaround on day-to-day business critical responsibilities. Responsibility: Perform end-to-end analysis on processes to identify bottlenecks and challenges to find opportunities for improvement. Optimize internal and sales processes using the Microsoft PowerApps and Power Automate Create and analyze modern sales reporting and metric packages using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, and other software. Help identify and eliminate obstacles as you are improving and automating processes and reporting Manage quick turnarounds in a rapidly changing environment Manage effective communication of updates, challenges and changes across sales leaders and key stakeholders to ensure outstanding client support experience. Bring an analytical and problem-solving mindset to standard challenges Partner, in a mentor capacity, with internal associates to ensure alignment in deliverables and best practices Provide guidance and expertise internally and externally to enable fast, accurate prioritization and decision making Key Attributes & Requirements: A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
