LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Planner to join one of our client's teams. This role is critical in supporting business operations through supply chain analysis, planning, and inventory management activities. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will be responsible for designing and improving detailed inventory plans, proposing solutions, and conducting analyses to enhance supply chain productivity and efficiency. Your role will involve end-to-end monitoring of inventory levels, collaborating with key account managers, and assisting in inventory control and warehouse replenishment analysis.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesConduct weekly reviews of inventory to maintain healthy stock levels.Liaise between Sales and Supply Chain Planning teams to ensure effective deployment plans and execution.Lead regular meetings to communicate plans with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing customer demands.Collaborate with internal teams to meet performance goals related to Quality, Turn Around Time, and Throughput.Review supply planning for overseas arrivals and manage weekly shipments to optimize DC inbound efficiency and inventory levels.Manage inventory, including slow-moving solutions, stocking strategies, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory, and balancing stock between different DCs.Continuously improve and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for supply planning processes and systems.Support the preparation of monthly S&OP meetings and contribute to yearly budget analysis.Develop key performance indicators to measure and manage supply compliance.Perform other related duties as assigned.Education / TrainingBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.APICS or other Supply Chain certification preferred.Experience3-5+ years of experience in Inventory/Supply Chain Management, Inventory Planning & Replenishing, Demand Planning & Forecasting.Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.Experience with ERP software applications; Oracle eBusiness Suite (ERP) preferred.Experience with data collection and analysis tools.Proficiency in Mandarin is a bonus.Additional InformationThis position is 100% onsite in Charlotte, NC.The role offers a salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually.If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your updated resume.
