This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in the healthcare industry.Key Responsibilities:Process and manage incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable data.Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits.Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues.Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status.Qualifications:Proven working experience as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or similar role.Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.Highschool degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Customer service orientation and negotiation skills.Must be flexible with their schedule.Benefits:Competitive salary within the $21-22/hr prehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.About LHH Staffing:LHH Staffing is committed to connecting skilled professionals with top employers.
