Business Litigation/Commercial Transactions Paralegal - Bucks County, PA LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Business Litigation Paralegal. The ideal Candidate will have at 2-5 years of experience and be knowledgeable in commercial transactions as well as business litigation including but not limited to (business disputes, purchases and sales of business). The candidate will be responsible for legal research, legal writing and primarily supporting attorneys. This candidate will also collect and organize documents and information from various sources at the firm. This candidate should feel comfortable relaying messages between various groups and keeping all documents important to the projects they are working on organized.ResponsibilitiesReview and draft routine legal documents and conduct legal research Maintain case from inception to trial Assist and meet with clients and attorneys, maintaining valued relationships Facilitate organization strategies to meet attorney deadlines efficientlyParticipate in fact investigation and assist with all aspects of case management Adhere to state and federal compliance regulations/laws while maintaining the proper storage and confidentiality of client informationQualifications2-5 years of experience as a Business Paralegal Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate and commensurate experience Knowledgeable in Worldox, Clio and Timeslips is a plus Excellent Written, Oral, and Strategic skills and must be an effective communicatorExponential Collaboration efforts and skills with a legal team Knowledge of standard MS Office Suite and Research Search Engines BenefitsThis posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $55,000 to $85,000.00 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
