LHH Recruitment Solutions has formed a partnership with a manufacturing company located in Iselin, NJ. We are currently seeking a Medical Revenue Contract Operations Associate. The role is designated as a contract-based position.Location: Iselin, NJType: Contract positionCompensation: $48-$56 per hourResponsibilities:- Process medical rebate chargebacks and manage GPO admin fee payment processing.- Maintain Master Data Management and ensure membership eligibility per contracts.- Administer direct and indirect pricing communication.- Lead a team to process US medical rebates and admin fee payments.- Design and set up customer master for efficient claim back processing.Key Projects:- Develop a Distributor Scorecard to monitor chargeback performance.- Document current processes and identify roles and responsibilities.- Analyze root causes of process gaps and implement corrective measures.- Create Excel automation tools for GPO payment fee calculations and volume claim validations.- Utilize Excel and/or PowerBI to automate eligibility roster maintenance.Expectations:- Conduct financial impact analyses for payment delays or errors.- Document requirements for future state processes.- Address and resolve chargeback processing backlogs.Qualifications:- Proven experience with GPO contracting and rebate processing.- Proficiency in Excel for data processing and payment analysis.- Experience with Revenue Management & Pricing tools (e.g., Flintfox, Vendavo, Pros, Informatica, Oracle).Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
