Weu2019re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Planning and Analysis to join our team. This role is located in Uniondale NY, and is eligible for a hybrid work this role, youu2019ll make an impact in the following ways: Conducts analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or operational planning activities. Independently applies processes and procedures to gather, organize and review operational data/metrics; analyzes and synthesizes the data and compiles it into reports or presentations. Communicates effectively with technical and business staff. Develops and delivers both informational and decision-seeking reports, analyses and/or presentations. Stays abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc. Participates on project teams, providing analytical expertise in support of project objectives. To be successful in this role, weu2019re seeking the following: Bacheloru2019s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.At BNY, our culture speaks for itself. BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $66,000 and $92,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
