O'Neal Steel is currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative for our Jonesboro, AR facility. (Physically located at our Little Rock facility)The role of the Inside Sales representative is to identify new customer sales opportunities and manage existing business.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAct as the internal account coordinator for assigned accountsDevelop new accounts and implement plans for growth in existing accountsConsultative selling and closing skillsDevelop and maintain product and industryProvide quotes and follow up, order entry into the order fulfillment system to initiate the sales distribution processContinually provide feedback on sales opportunities to district management and Outside SalesEnsure delivery of customer orders on a timely basis, and with the highest possible level of quality and serviceCoordinate with appropriate departments in the resolution of customer complaints regarding damaged or incorrect material, or delivery problemsProvide customers with a personalized level of customer service that reinforces the importance of customer satisfactionAssist other Inside Sales Representatives in the development and maintenance of their assigned accounts when necessary.Education andor Experience2+ years ofprevious salesexperience.
