Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to support office operations on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of clerical tasks, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and maintaining office systems. This role requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars Maintain filing systems and databases accurately Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents Coordinate office supplies and assist with day-to-day operations Provide general administrative support as needed Position Details: Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 25 hours per week Compensation: $25 to $28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Qualifications: Proven experience in an administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
