Job Title: Welder Location: Niles, OH Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (with overtime opportunities) Wage: $20 per hour Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled MIG Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling parts on a weld fixture and performing MIG welding to meet customer specifications. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining production rates, conducting quality checks, and documenting their work accurately. Responsibilities: Assemble parts on a weld fixture according to job specifications. Perform MIG welding to meet customer requirements and maintain quality standards. Maintain the production rate to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. Conduct quality checks throughout the welding process to ensure adherence to specifications. Document work activities and any quality issues encountered during the welding process. Follow safety protocols and procedures consistently. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role. Proficiency in welding techniques and equipment. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to adhere to safety guidelines and protocols. Certification in welding or relevant training. Experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Familiarity with welding fixtures and jigs.
