For Everyone.Bancroft is actively seeking an ABA Specialistto join our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Center of Excellence; a team of approximately 50 Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs/BCBA-Ds) and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) providing services across our organization, along with approximately 45 clinicians who are graduate students accruing fieldwork. We work together to treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.We are looking for an ABA Specialist for our Gloucester Program. The Gloucester Program serves adults, primarily diagnosed with a developmental disability who experience acute behavioral challenges. The Gloucester program provides residential services in a growing number of community based residences as well as a satellite vocational program. ABA Specialists work under the close supervision of BCBAs to assess and treat challenging behavior, build skills and have the ability to collaborate with a large group of like-minded clinicians.The ABA Specialist, with BCBA oversight, creates and coordinates the development and implementation of behavior analytic services within the Individual Service Plan and Behavior Intervention Plan.Coordinates the development, implementation and training of behavior plans; this includes functional behavior assessment/analysis, preference assessments and treatment evaluations.Develops and monitors data collection systems, engages in ongoing data review and analysis to ensure effective programming.Identifies training needs and develops and conducts those trainings to ensure the ongoing knowledge and ability to effectively implement behavior plans.Participates in clinical case review meetings (rounds) to ensure proper data review and discussion of the needs of persons’ served.What we offer you:Full time hourly position with a consistent schedule, paid benefits, paid time off, no billable hour requirements.Free BACBⓇ supervised experience for graduate students in ABA.Minimal travel (any required travel is during paid working hours and mileage is reimbursed); paid supervision and training.Flexible schedules based on the needs of the program.Opportunities to participate in clinical research and work with leaders in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.Free, on site master’s in ABA through Rider UniversityTuition reimbursement and (in acute behavioral programs only) tuition repayment for existing student loansA Center of Excellence with 50+ BCBAs and 45+ graduate students accruing fieldwork hours, providing internal and external professional development opportunities.Qualifications (needs to vary by position, CS position is different than ABA specialist):ABA Specialist:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of six months of experience in Human Services or related field required.Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.Bancroft stands strong against racism and hate of all kinds and supports actions leading to respect, equality, fairness and peace.We advocate for and embrace an inclusive and just world.One world.
