KWT is part of Stagwell's Doner Partners Network and is headquartered in New York with offices in Chicago, LA and London.As a day-to-day client lead, an Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing displays significant levels of responsibility and a strong ability to work independently with respect to developing program strategy, overall project management and program implementation, social media excellence, and influencer relations mastery. An Account Supervisor, Influencer Marketing is also responsible for maintaining strong, profitable client relationships and oversees 3-4 accounts (depending on size of account). Additionally, is expected to help develop and close new business opportunities and mentor junior staff.Strategic Thinking & Planning• Demonstrate the ability to lead internal planning meetings and brainstorm sessions, creating structure and actionable next steps for those meetings• Develop annual client plans inclusive of big ideas and always-on opportunities• Assume responsibility for spearheading new opportunities with existing and prospective clients, securing appropriate senior input• Serve as an emerging influencer expert within the agencyAccount Leadership• Seen by clients as day-to-day strategic lead, anticipating client concerns and needs and providing counsel across multiple accounts, and leading client and stakeholder meetings with limited supervision• Work independently and confidently, taking initiative where appropriate and asking for help when needed• Possess in-depth industry-sector expertise or good knowledge of more than one industry sector• Demonstrate ability to manage delicate situations with clients and teams• Manage all administration of accounts, advising management of reasonable deadlines and expectations regarding all aspects of ongoing client work• Create social listening and competitor reports analyzing influencer activities and performance• Lead account teams to ensure client results, guiding the work of team members, setting priorities, managing responsibilities and maintaining deadlines• Contribute to the mentoring and professional development of account staff• Identify opportunities around platform changes and emerging social platforms, staying abreast of latest social media and digital developments• Foster core social media skills within account teams, including social media monitoring, listening and reporting, compilation of data and strategic analysis, influencer relationships and strategy, messaging and brand positioning• Possess influencer relations skills including, but limited to:Ability to independently negotiate rates and deliverables with influencer partners aligned with the goals of a campaignWork with finance teams to draft client estimates and invoices to support timely payment on fees and programsConfidently liaise with legal teams on intricate redlinesAbility to finalize and oversee most influencer partnership contracts based on client templates with little oversight, knowing when to escalate influencer contract reviews based on intricaciesBusiness Development• Take responsibility for leading new business opportunities with prospective clients• Recognize new business/organic growth opportunities with existing accounts• Write new business proposals and programs, scopes of work, etc.• Draft new scopes of work for projects, including draft staffing plans based on staff ratesStaff Leadership• Embody KWT values• Mentor junior staff on a one-on-one basis, facilitating close touchpoints, flagging potential interpersonal or account issuesunt issues• Strong ability to lead a team to meet client goals inclusive of strong workback plans and briefing materials to set the team up for success• Strong ability to provide clear and concise feedback to foster a growth culture among client account teams and achieve desitred outputs for client deliverables• Identify growth opportunities for team and develop resources and/or workshop sessions to foster continued growth and team efficienciesAdministrative• Demonstrate competency around and the ability to teach others agency operations and office procedures (e.g. job numbers, billability and expense reports) and agency resources (e.g. brand guidelines, tools and subscriptions and best practices, etc.)• Follows administrative processes and protocols including submitting policy-aligned PTO requests, weekly timesheets and attending defined internal and client team meetings• Be aware of actual team hours/assigned and able to make program adjustments to maintain profitable operation of accounts• Ensure client scopes of work are adhered to, flagging when potential out of scope asks/needs ariseMinimum of 5 year's experienceCompensation $85,000 - $100,000#LI-Hybrid
