Your role involves guiding them through the admission process, addressing their concerns, and ensuring a smooth transition into our community.Key Responsibilities:Act as a liaison between prospective residents, families, and the facilityIdentify and develop referral sourcesDevelop and maintain positive relationships with area hospitals and community agenciesGenerate public relations and marketing opportunitiesCoordinate and facilitate the admissions process, including paperwork and assessmentsConduct pre-admission screenings and assessmentsExplain facility services, policies, and procedures to prospective residents and familiesCollaborate with healthcare teams to ensure proper care planning and coordinationMaintain accurate records and documentation related to admissionsHelp individuals and families transition to our care community in an environment where your expertise and dedication are valued and appreciated.
