LHH has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant in Dover. If you feel this is the right opportunity for you, click the 'apply now' button todayResponsibilities:Entering data into a database system as well as in Excel spreadsheetsTalking to customers over the phone and documenting conversationsPrinting and scanning documentsReviewing and filing recordsEveryday usage of the Microsoft Office ProductsGeneral assistance of the Administrative department from a clerical standpointQualifications:A background in either data entry or an administrator role is preferredStrong organizational skillsHigh School DiplomaSkills:A strong level of proficiency in computers as well as various programsHigh level of accuracy while maintaining qualityProblem solving skillsExperience:One year of experience is requiredEmployment Type:Contract (4 to 6 weeks)Compensation:$19.00 to $20.00 an hourWork Hours:Full Time 40 Hours a weekMonday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pmBenefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
