We especially want to hear from you if you have personal injury defense experience You will be responsible for drafting legal documentation, attending court, gathering and preparing defense information, advising clients and claims personnel on complex legal issues, extensive legal research, performing analysis on applicable precedents, case management, discovery and eDiscovery, and other tasks as assigned.
