Purpose of PositionThe Marketing Performance Specialist will be responsible for data collection, organization, and analytical storytelling of digital marketing campaigns. This role will be a highly influential part of the team-someone that is relied upon for actionable guidance and problem-solving. The Specialist will create, maintain, and interpret reports that empower the Digital Marketing team to make real-time, data-driven decisions that increase campaign effectiveness. The Specialist will also maintain tagging and will be expected to demonstrate a deep understanding of prospect-facing digital channels, most notably SEO/SEM, display, and social media, and relevant regulatory guidelines (CCPA, GDPR, etc.). Tasks and ResponsibilitiesData Collection/Organization o Manage and create new processes for data collection to further drill down into performance insights within the regulatory boundaries, such as GDPR, CCPA, etc. o Manage tagging efforts across domains and oversee agency tagging to maintain regulatory compliance and website performance o Responsible for identifying new data parameters to collect/track and ensuring data integrity and accuracy of all reports and dashboards Analytical Storytelling o Develop interactive dashboards that showcase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by establishing and analyzing key performance indicators o Keep key business stakeholders up to date on current campaigns, not only in relation to performance insights but making suggestions to increase marketing effectiveness, when necessary o Leverage multiple datasets to create detailed reports and leverage visualizations to best convey insights o Create ad-hoc reports to support stakeholder initiatives and inquiries EducationBachelor's in Data Analytics or BusinessCertifications and LicensesYears of Experience4-6 years of experienceCore CompetenciesAdaptabilityCollaborationCuriosityService-OrientedStrives For Positive ResultsKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) Experience with Adobe Analytics, tag management applications, and advanced Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel and PowerPoint is required Experience with Salesforce, Google AdWords/SA360, Google Search Console, OneTrust, SQL, and using BI tools, such as Tableau, is desired Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to transform analysis into actionable recommendations and communicate them in a compelling way Strives for positive results and a strong work ethic that values follow-through and accountability; ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously Collaborative, personable, and ability to develop relationships at all levels of the organization Strong technical aptitude, including ability and desire to learn new systems, identify process efficiencies and value-added enhancements
