Talent Acquisition SpecialistLHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the recruitment team of our finance client located in Suffolk County Long Island. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting entry-level regular, full/part-time, and temporary positions in a timely manner ensuring the selection of qualified candidates. Responsibilities: Complete the formulation of job specifications and generate requisitions for different positions. Publish job ads both internally and externally to draw a diverse pool of skilled applicants. Evaluate resumes and applications to pinpoint potential interview candidates. Carry out interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles. Administer pre-employment assessments as necessary during the hiring process. Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers for further assessment. Extend job offers to chosen candidates adhering to company protocols. Accurately input staffing-related data into HR systems promptly. Generate reports on staffing activities to monitor recruitment progress and results. Participate in job fairs and visit local colleges to actively recruit potential talent. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, particularly in finance or related industries. Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively screen and interview candidates. Proficiency in HR software and systems for data entry and reporting. Flexibility to work onsite in Long Island, Suffolk County for the duration of the contract. Willingness to attend job fairs and visit local colleges to attract applicants.
