LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HRIS Specialist for a great opportunity in NYC. This position will require at least 3 years of HRIS experience. This will be a contract to hire opportunity. Responsibilities:Manage and maintain the HRIS platform (Dayforce preferred), ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and user accessibility.Work closely with the IT department to implement system updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data security and integrity.Oversee the entry, maintenance, and integrity of employee data within the HRIS. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and programs for HRIS users. Provide ongoing support and training to HR and other staff as needed.Generate reports and provide analysis on HR metrics, including employee demographics, turnover, and other key HR indicators. Support HR leadership with data-driven insights.Identify opportunities for process improvements within the HRIS and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.Ensure that all HRIS processes and data management practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.Provide technical support to HRIS users, troubleshooting issues and responding to user inquiries in a timely manner.Maintain up-to-date documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and training materials.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HRIS management, with a strong preference for Dayforce experience.Proficiency in HRIS platforms, data management, and report generation. Strong understanding of HR processes and data workflows.Experience working with IT teams to support HRIS initiatives and troubleshoot technical issues.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data management and reporting.Hours:9:00am-5:00pmMonday through FridayWorksite Type:HybridEmployment Type: Contract to HireAt LHH Recruitment Solutions, our colleagues specialize in eight different practice areas including Human Resources.
