Job Title: Mail Clerk Location: Downtown Seattle, WA Job Type: Full-time - ContractSalary: $18 - $22 per hour (depending on experience) Job Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Mail Clerk to join our clients team in Downtown Seattle. In this role, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing mail, sorting and distributing packages, and maintaining an organized mailroom. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and working with a team. Key Responsibilities: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments Prepare and process outgoing mail (letters, parcels, etc.) Track, log, and update mailroom inventory systems Handle special delivery items, including certified and overnight mail Maintain the mailroom in a neat and orderly fashion Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a mailroom or administrative role preferred Strong attention to detail and time management skills Ability to lift packages up to 30 pounds Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication and organizational skillsPay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hourSearch managed by: Gerald Morales Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
