Job Title: Human Resources Project CoordinatorLocation: Brentwood, TN Job Type: Full-Time - Standard Business Hours (40 hours a week)Work Type: 3 month contract with possibility to extendPosition Summary:Reporting to the Regional VP of HR, the Human Resource Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the coordination and execution of HR projects to align with the organization's business objectives. This role works closely with facility and Line of Business (LOB) HR leads, utilizing project management tools to track progress, manage resources, and support Division-wide HR services. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects, providing timely reports, and supporting HR operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Required).3+ years of relevant work experience in project coordination or administration (Required).1+ year(s) of HR experience supporting HR-related projects (Required).Strong skills in project management, organization, and communication.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with project management software is preferred.Experience with HR metrics, reporting, and data analysis.Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and adjust to shifting priorities.Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Plan, implement, and oversee special HR projects to ensure effective delivery of HR services across the Division. Follow project management and portfolio management standards as defined by the HR Strategy & Operations Center of Excellence (COE) and the Project Management munication Development: Create written and verbal communications, including presentations, to report on HR initiatives and progress.Report Generation & Analysis: Develop reports to measure HR activities, contributions, and results. Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.Meeting Coordination: Organize and coordinate HR meetings, including setting agendas, preparing minutes, and ensuring follow-up on action items.Research & Policy Analysis: Research and analyze HR trends and policies, recommending improvements to HR efficiency and compliance with the overarching HR strategy.Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a positive first impression and maintain professionalism in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to the demonstration of service excellence.Cost Analysis & Risk Management: Conduct cost analysis of HR programs to assess ROI and feasibility.
